The Hunt – Six Sunday 10/09/11

This started as prose and grew into a short story. Still in the WIP file it will be complete by Halloween.

He said goodbye to his mothers portrait while tears washed down his face, overwhelmed with grief and hatred. She had taught him to be kind to the wolves, even spoke reverently about their spirit and power. She had been in awe and they killed her. Fury turned his blood to flame and his fist slammed into the wall.  The pain of a bastard child ripped by the loss of a mother he hated. Pain clenched in his chest as Nate walked outside to face his father, leader of the werewolf pack.
