My mental image of Greer:
“You can’t hurt me elf-boy,” Greer spat on the ground, “You can’t get past my defenses.”
“But someone can,” Matthew responded as he noticed Greer’s blackened stump. “It seems you tried to kill someone who can beat you. Odd choice for you, you usually pick on the weak and lonely.”
“Like you,” Greer replied.
“Like I used to be,” Matthew responded and stepped forward.
