Halloween Blog Tour Stop

Welcome to my small section of the Book Nibbles Halloween Blog Tour!

I’ve tried to get this story/poem/prose accepted a number of times. Maybe it’s just slightly gross for some folks. That makes it perfect for here…
The servant lumbers on. A door creaks and foul stenches hit you with the force of a blow. He enters a dimly lit corridor, you can smell the reek of old candles.
The stench grows stronger as the servant comes closer to making his nightly delivery. A gate is opened and screams of terror can be felt more than heard. You feel the others struggling to free themselves causing your sack to loosen enough at the top for you to see the servant.
You see only his back, covered with welts, still dripping blood from massive shoulders. Hair tangled, greasy and crawling with so many maggots, they appear to writhe in unison.
Thanks for stopping by, the tour continues here: http://booknibbles.com/blogtour/
